She showed it to me and I immediately asked if I could have it. Normally she's excited to give us her drawings but this time I guess she sensed the fact that I REALLY REALLY wanted it and she proceeded to tease me for 5 minutes about it. Threatening to throw it away or scribble over it. Therefore I did what any good mother would do....I distracted her with a shiny object and I snagged the drawing. This one's going in her baby book for sure!
And, just in case anyone doubts her ABC knowledge (after that video I posted on Wednesday) here's a video I took tonight. My sister-in-law, Kim, had the fabulous idea to tape her in the bathtub. Since everyone knows that's where we ALL do our best singing right? Can't beat those acoustics!!

It amazes me at how small the world is when you really take a step back and look at it. It happens just like you said...You find one site, then visit others connected to that one and so on. My First CaringBridge Child was Amazing Jacob. When he passed I took it like he would have been my own nephew. All of the children I have followed have passed on to rejoice with our Lord. I'm going to spend the rest of my life trying to get into heaven, they have accomplished that already. My heart is heavy tonight. It's so sad.
Kelly, hey, it's Kristie. I wanted to e-mail you regarding the flickr photos on the top of my blog (Not Quite) but can't seem to find your e-mail address on your site anywhere .... hope you don't mind that I leave the info in your comments.
Basically, it's a two-step process through Flickr. You set up a Flickr account and save whatever photos you want to appear in the photostream as "public". Then, there is an html code that you insert in the template of your blogger site, wherever you want it. You can put the photos horizontally across the top, vertically down one side, in a sort of quad-box ... however you prefer.
I think if you go to the Flickr help pages and do a search for "photostream" you will find much more detailed info, but that's pretty much it in a nutshell --- good luck!
