Hey Kelly,
To add a pic,go to Customize (in the upper right corner) at the top where it says "Header" click edit...there it should giv eyou the option to add a picture, if you do add the one that says "Behind title" if you choose the "Instead of" Option the picture will be huge and take over half your page.
