Wow....I can't believe my little Mr. Handsome is growing so fast! My big boy is so charming and mellow. He only fusses when he's hungry...and occasionally when he just wants to be held...but most of the time he is either sleeping or just taking things in. He is really starting to smile a lot and is quick to flash a quick grin to anyone and everyone. He loves to be talked to and is starting to make eye contact and talk right back to whomever will listen. Most of the time...Mommy is the lucky one and the two of us carry on very interesting conversations...often in the wee hours of the morning.Speaking of wee hours of the morning, Ryan is a great sleeper and has been sleeping for 6 hour stretches at night. He usually goes down around 10 or 11 and wakes up to eat around 4 am. After about an hour to an hour and a half of nursing and a bottle he will go right back down for another sleep. I am really thanking the TV Gods for my DVR and like to watch "Two and a Half Men" and "Saturday Night Live" during our late night "dates".
Ryan is currently mostly wearing a 3 - 6 month size in clothing although many of his 0 - 3's still fit. I've been buying summer clothes for Jenna but I've been afraid to buy much for him as I'm just not sure what size he'll be in the next few months! He's so different than his sister was at this age! She was always so little and was wearing her 0 - 3 month clothing well past her 3 month birthday!
Speaking of Jenna, she continues to be an EXCELLENT big sister. She adores her little brother and is a very good helper....always wanting to hold him or feed him. We're not sure how long this love fest will last but we are enjoying it for now! I have a feeling that once he is mobile and getting into her stuff she may not be as pleased with the situation!
